Order & delivery

How long is the delivery time?

We will ship your order within 1-2 business days of placing your order, provided it is not a holiday or non-working day. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

Normal delivery time is 1–3 business days.

How do I know that my order has been processed?

Your order has been received and will be processed as soon as you have approved and completed the payment via the SMS link you received after placing your order.

We will not begin processing until payment has been completed.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Because we can start your order immediately and ship quickly, we cannot always
guarantee changes. But email us as soon as you can, and we'll try to resolve it!

Will I receive a tracking number when my order ships?

Absolutely! As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link from Fraktjakt so you can follow the package all the way home.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before you receive the tracking link.

Do you deliver abroad?

No, unfortunately not, we only ship within Sweden.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Explicit Pay and offer payment via Swish, invoice, partial payment and cryptocurrencies in 18 different currencies.

Is it safe to shop with you?

Yes, absolutely. We use Shopify as a platform and all information is
encrypted with SSL. All payments are handled by secure payment partners.

How do I use a discount code?

There is a field for a discount code at the checkout. Enter the code and click "Apply" - and the discount will be applied immediately.

Why isn't my discount code working?

Double check that the code is spelled correctly and has not expired. Some codes are only valid on selected products or for a certain order size.

When will the money be withdrawn from my account?

It depends on the payment method. With Swish, the amount is deducted immediately. When purchasing with invoice and partial payment, you need to check Explicit Pay's terms and conditions.

Returns & exchanges

How do I return an item?

Please contact us via email with your order number and we will assist you further. The product must be in new condition and in its original packaging.

How long do I have the right to withdraw my consent?

You have 14 days to return the item from the date you received it. Please contact us before returning and we will help you.

Does it cost anything to return an item?

If you cancel your purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping. In the event of a complaint or error on our part, we will of course be responsible for the cost.

How do I change to a different size or flavor?

Contact us and we will help you. Since we vary our range, exchanges are handled as a new order. We are happy to guide you through the process.

When will I get my money back after a return?

As soon as we have received and approved the item, the money will be refunded within 5–7 working days.

How do I contact your customer service?

The easiest way to reach us is via email at info@partybolaget.se .
We respond as quickly as we can – usually within 24 hours on weekdays.

When is customer service open?

We are available Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
We also try to respond in the evenings and weekends as best we can.

I haven't received an order confirmation - what do I do?

Please check your spam folder first. If you don't find anything there, please email us and we'll resend it.

What do I do if I received the wrong or damaged item?

Email us at info@partybolaget.se with your order number and pictures of the damage or error. We will solve it quickly - you will always feel satisfied with us.
